Aloha Care, Inc., d/b/a Home Instead® is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to lead client consultations, oversee quality assurance visits, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role blends consultative sales, relationship management, and care coordination — making a meaningful impact every single day.

What You’ll Do
As our Client Care Coordinator, you will:
• Conduct care consultations using a consultative sales approach
• Meet with prospective clients and families to assess needs and develop customized service plans
• Coordinate seamless client/CAREGiverâ„ introductions
• Perform ongoing quality assurance visits to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Identify opportunities to increase service hours while maintaining high-quality care
• Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients
• Collaborate closely with the office team to coordinate care delivery
• Resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold company values
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum one year of experience in home care, healthcare, or senior-related industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
• Professional demeanor with strong decision-making ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
